Little white squishy soft bunnies popped onto nappies of summer sky slush and strawberry slush.

It's almost Easter time...

Easter is just around the corner and the Gossamer Dreams team have made that our theme for March. be on the lookout for bunnies, eggs and all those symbols of New Life we associate with this time of year.

To kick things off....don't you love it when things just work? I had the idea for this little bunny some time ago and set about creating him today. He's just so sweet. He and some friends will be available to purchase from 8pm QLD time on the 15th of March.

The Year of the Tiger

Those born in a Tiger year are active, courageous, optimistic, passionate and independent. But can also be rebellious, unpredicatable and quick temper. Super affectionate the Tiger is a natural born leader which symbolises power, passion and daring.

To that end, the February Gossamer Dreams stocking is based on Chinese New Year. Daring and eye catching, the Asian inspired theme will see some stunning OOAK and special items pop up on the 15th of the month. Chinese New Year officially starts on the 14th February.

So keep your eyes on the blog for more little peeks and we hope to see you on the 15th for previewing at 9am Qld Time and for sale with first to checkout at 8pm Queensland time.

My first offering is a Ying Yang nappy, all in minky inside and out, this sure is one lush and daring nappy. Full details and lots more pictures will be up on the site on the 15th

rawr?

This wee guy is squishy and cuddly and has a soooooooft minky dots reverse side.
"Rawr" (pronounced "Raaaaa!") means "I love you" in Dinosaur.
"Rawr?" means "Will you love me?"

A little sneak peek :)

The carrier that I will be stocking in the Gossamer Dreams stocking - she is very very special (and was going to be my very own personal carrier!) and absolutely OOAK with Kristen Doran handprinted panel and freeform feature stitching (by me) on the side panels. She will be a full buckle, on wheat pebble canvas.

She is nearly finished - and seriously is probably most definitely the last carrier I will stock until after my babymoon!

And where has the year gone? Yup it's that time again 1st of the month and time to reveal the theme for December.

Well can you believe that Christmas is only 55 days away, so time to get cracking on the Christmas shopping, the baking and the joy of Christmas.

So the girls at Gossamer Dreams have a couple of surprises in store just for you.

Firstly we'd like to welcome Mel from Beetlebums as a regular to the

Gossamer Dreams Team.

Megsie will be back to join us in November, along with 'K'

So I expect we'll see lots of gorgeous goodies

Here's my first offering, a size 2 Auriel, front with a divine Christmas Print, and the back is hand machine reverse applique with gorgeous little Christmas Trees and some hand embroidery to finish it off. This Auriel is especially lush, given that it has a lime slush minkee inner, not something that you will see everyday.

I have lots more Christmas goodies planned, so don't forget to keep checking back at the blog to see the Christmas Spirit unfold.

October Stocking

Well this month the theme is

RETRO!!!

We have 3 guest wahms this month - how awesome is that.

They are Guest Wahm K - who I've teamed up with to do a little set. Still deciding whether to split the lovely goodies into two packs, or leave as is - comments welcome.

The little set consists of a New Size 1 Auriel with a lime inner, and 'K' has made a little bib, singlet and the most lucious little wipes I've seen, with the most beautiful detailed stitching.



Our other guest wahms are the divinely talented sisters Megsie and Tikki

I can't wait to see what they have instore, but a little birdie tells me that Megsie will have a Pint dolly and Tikki some gorgeous clothes and maybe even something knitted.

Well it's nearly time

We've all been busy little bees and as you can see some absolutely stunning goodies have made their way into the store to tempt you.

The hunt is progressing well, with Bek, Shane and Stacey stumping just a few of you with the Gossamer Dreams Hunt. More clues are going up everyday - except the 15th, please don't look for clues on the 15th, because we aren't putting any up.

Now what's on offer. We have three Guest WAHMs at the 15th Stocking. Tracy and Jill from Fairy Fabrics have done some fantastic dyeing jobs on clothing and sheets. Mandy is back with one of her gorgeous bags. Bek has some semi-custom up. Donna some dollies. Stacey has some lucious goodies including pads. Me I've just got nappies this time.
