Just a reminder

Ladies, there is no Gossamer Dreams Stocking for December - the Gossamer Dreams ladies are all taking a much needed break. But we'll be back bright and breezy in January. Keep your eyes peeled from early January as we start sneaking up some wonderful goodies.

Crikey!!!!

As 15th Nov is Steve Irwin Day, once again I have one Crikey set for sale. As always proceeds of sales from Crikey items goes to Conservation Organisations with which Australia Zoo is affiliated.

I'm a surf widow this week and said surfer has taken the camera with him so alas no photos to tease you with.
This month I'll be stocking an assortment of sets, dolls and other bits and bobs for those who appreciate simple, natural materials and a handmade touch.

Lush Newborn Goodies

I just want to sit and pat them all day, but my littlies have other ideas lol!!



The Gossamer Dreams Team has also decided to take a break for the month of December to come back refreshed with lots of new goodies for January. So this November stocking will be the last for the year.

But please stop by our individual stores to get lots of yummy goodies for stocking stuffers, Christmas outfits and nappies in the lead up to Christmas.

Nappy Hunt Prize

Because I was a naughty girl, I forgot to post these photos - tut tut, but anyways here is the Gossamer Dreams Nappy Hunt Prize.

Nappy Hunt prizes will be going out in the next day or so. All winners will be notified by email when the prizes have been sent. The delay has been waiting for some of the winners to confirm their postal address. It's an extremely large post job, so Shane and I do it together and in one day, rather than make countless trips to the post office.

And what you've all be waiting for the details of the November stocking.

November's Stocking is PURE and NATURAL.

With an emphasis on pure and natural fibres using minimal synethics.

I'll be back a wee bit later with some of my goodies, and to me there is nothing more pure and natural than a wee bairn. So most of my stocked items, will be for the teeniest little cherubs :)

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree......

Here's a little something I finshed today. Tuck it away till Christmas morning or bring it out early to carry precious gifts, cards or home baked goodies. This little reversable bag comes with two wee babies (because they get lonely on their own).

Here come Santa Claus.

This month's theme is Christmas and here's just a sneek peak of one of the Cherub's Kiss offerings. Something for a little 1 yo girl :) Retro Christmas theme from Michael Millar.



And as always nothing dull and boring from Cherub's Kiss. Keep an eye out for bright and vibrant Laurel Birch Christmas prints. Stand out from the crowd with these goodies. More photos to come.

Mandy has created a stunning OOAK woolen bag which we are proud to feature as part of our 'Animalia' stocking this month at Gossamer Dreams.

Her applique designs also feature on a number of Malden Mills fleece AI2's also up for offer this month.

I love this fabric and look for any excuse to use it.
In a little departure from nappies I've made a lined and gusseted bag just perfect for a little one. It's a great fit in my 4 year old (who declined to be photographed today) and also fits over my shoulder!

And to get the ball rolling, here is one of the Cherub's Kiss offerings. A newborn gift pack comprising a hand dyed bamboo velour Raphael, a sherpa/velour wipe and Jungle Babies wet bag.

That's what I was singing when I sewed up this little set of babies for the Gossamer Dreams stocking on Friday night. You might recognise the dyed bamboo velour from another post this month!

August's Stocking!

And some of you may already have guessed that our theme for August is Rainbow so keep your eyes on the blog for more peeks of what is coming. Don't forget to sign up for our newsletter, so we can remind you when we are stocking. You won't want to miss this stocking, there will be something for everyone. And here's something that I've wanted to do for quite sometime. Our first launch date is the 15th of June and the THEME OF THE MONTH IS WATER!

Between the five of us there are plans to stock nappies, clothing, knits, toys, accessories all of which are hand-made and of the top quality and attention to detail you know and love!

Time to post the first 'real' post for our blog!

Anxiously counting down to the first 'revelation' of the all new Gossamer Dreams.
So much to do, so little time!

anyway, here's a sneak peek at something special that's waiting for the final pieces of the set to be completed before being listed at our mid-June stocking...
